EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

We hope you are happy with with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. 

** THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

-HATS/BEANIES/HEADWARE

-KOOZIES

-STICKERS

All EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT REQUEST must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. 

For Defective or damaged products, please contact us at stoneycoast@yahoo.com with your order number and details about items. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To Exchange a item, please email customer service at stoneycoast@yahoo.com  with your order number and details about your exchange/store credit request - Exchange/ returning of the item for store credit - shipping charges of $10 will be paid by the customer. 

After receiving your EXCHANGE and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All store credit will be issued via gift card.

PLEASE NOTE

-Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

-All store credit or exchanges must be in NEW CONDITION, unworn, unwashed, and free of scents/perfumes. If we receive the item and deem it in not new condition we will wash and donate the item and no store credit or exchange will be made.

- ALL SALES MADE IN PERSON AT EVENTS/MARKETS/FAIRS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. ALL IN PERSON SALES ARE FINAL SALE.
